It's no secret Cole DeBoer is easy on the eyes. He's also a master builder — as you'll see on his and Chelsea DeBoer's new show Down Home Fab (premiering January 16 at 9|8c). But the HGTV co-host has another hidden talent, and it's not what you'd expect.

The soft-spoken star is a natural at ASMR videos, we discovered while visiting the DeBoers at their farmhouse in South Daktoa. Though he'd heard of ASMR — which stands for autonomous sensory meridian response and refers to a tingling sensation often triggered by certain sounds — he never thought of making a video himself.

Obviously, Cole was up for the challenge so we headed out to the barn on the DeBoer property, and he got to work using tools to make some pretty cool ASMR-inducing sounds.

The final video is nothing short of terrifically tingly — we should've known from the start.
