There are benefits for the homeowner if you are selected to be on the show. If you’re ready for a stunning home transformation, we want to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For

  • Homeowners with 3 to 4 spaces that are in need of a cosmetic renovation — preferably kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, main bedrooms and a bonus space
  • Homeowners with an existing budget between $100K-225K
  • Homeowners willing and able to vacate during the remodel (10 weeks)
