The Traditional Dining Room
Create a gathering place for the whole family. This space was formerly a home office, but Hilary encouraged the owners to incorporate a dining room into their living area. Not only does it give the family of four a spot to gather in every day, it’s perfect for entertaining. Spindle-back chairs surround a custom dining room table, while a blue buffet from Target adds much-needed storage.
The Modern Kitchen
A large, open space isn't so great if it’s designed poorly, which is exactly what Hilary found in this kitchen. (The countertops were actually six inches shorter than the standard height.) Starting with an expansive center island, Hilary built out the space with function and fashion in mind. Large travertine tiles ground the modern furnishings; pearlescent subway tile acts as the backsplash and duo-toned cabinetry brings in a decidedly chic contrast.
The Midcentury Modern Living Room
Thanks to Hilary, this once bachelor pad is now a family abode. She expanded the space with bright white walls and simple, yet classic furnishings. Streamlined accessories bring midcentury flair.
The Boho Nursery
Send the little one off to dreamland in a vintage bohemian nursery. Neutral, earthy walls highlighted with rusty oranges and reds convey a welcoming atmosphere. With a sunshine-inspired area rug, Hilary smartly infused subtle style underfoot.
