Terry’s family immediately bonded with Frank. “This is the kind of guy that I want in my circle forever,” said Terry. “He’s like an older brother to me and like another father figure to my kids. This man is on a fitness journey having already lost 200 pounds, and he’s not done. We need to give him an area where he can get fit and feel better.” With Terry's help, Property Brothers Drew and Jonathan Scott designed a one-of-a-kind outdoor oasis for Frank and his family.
